5 Strategies to Attain Mental Clarity

A fitness journey and healthy lifestyle can only be completely attain if your mind is in the right state. We have a lot of temptations and we are bombarded from all over, but we want a balanced life. When I pinpointed that I need to put myself to be first in my life, I started making a progress and I applied that in my business as well. It is very basic concept, but in order to live a more balanced life it is so important for you to master these strategies, and master your mind

The very first thing that you can do to start calming your mind is to start scheduling your time. When you don’t have a schedule or a to to list, you are starting to fog your mind and start moving away from mental clarity. Find a special time to start writing everything that is in your brain, everything that you have to do and everything that you want to do. Use a calendar and schedule everything. I have a schedule for this week and for the next week. This is very important, I need that page in front of me. Find what works for you.

Here are a few things that you can start doing today to see change immidiately while you figure out what kind of scheduling works best for you!  

1.      Sleep is very important. You have to start alocating time for you to have eight hours of sleep.

 

2.      Excercise! I need you to be very focused on your excercise, because it’s proven that excercise boost you in creativity.

 

3.      Eating right – your brain requires special nutrition for optimal performance.

 

4.      Stay away from alcohol. Even though at times alcohol may feel like it helps you focus, in the end alcohol makes your brain fuzzy

 

5.      Relax!

 

When I do these five things, not only does it keep me focused but I feel more balanced and refreshed. When I stop doing them, that’s when my life goes a little crazy. Leading a healthier life is more than sleeping, eating right or doing excercises. You need to have a plan.
